Delegates will learn how to connect effectively in business, travel trends and niche markets, understand Generation Y and how to create and maintain successful partnerships.
"We are all so excited to have Nicholas Boothman, "one of the leading experts in face-to face communication in the world", stated by the New York Times as our keynote speaker this year" says Margaret Cunningham, chair of the 2008 Beyond the City Lights planning committee. "Participants will have an opportunity to learn one of the most important aspects of our tourism industry – how to connect and communicate with guests, customers, business and community partners."
