Luge:

For the more adventurous you can learn to luge. Haliburton County is home to one of only two natural track luge runs in Ontario. The 900 metre natural track or 'Naturbahn' luge track sweeps down the side of the hill hugging its natural contours.

One of only eight luge runs in Canada, Redstone River Luge is open for public use as well as competition.

As the driver, you will steer the sled with the reins while also using your legs and feet to direct the runners of the sled into the turns. Natural track luge is a great family and youth oriented winter activity. Its combination of speed, excitement, and affordability make it a 'natural' wonder of winter.
